Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately on our official WhatsApp support.

2. Returns & Refunds

Balwaan Gold is a consumable Ayurvedic health supplement. For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.

We only accept return requests within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was delivered to you.
  • The product was received in a physically damaged condition.
  • The product safety seal is completely intact and unopened.

Note: Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: An Unboxing Video is strictly required to process any damage or wrong-item claims. The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time without any cuts or edits. We reserve the right to reject claims without a clear unboxing video.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved after verifying the unboxing video, we will initiate a replacement or a refund. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to get your UPI/Bank details for the refund transfer.

Important: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
